3. Living (revocable) trusts, testamentary trusts, charitable trusts, irrevocable trusts and amendments
4. Joint asset distribution and agreements
5. Medicaid planning/eldercare planning
6. Conservatorships and Guardianships
When it becomes necessary to probate an estate through the court system, our firm can assist with the entire probate process, including opening the estate, administering the estate, distributing assets, and closing the estate. Our firm also assists successor trustees in administering and distributing trusts.
Our firm provides complete representation to our clients in administering guardianships and conservatorships in the Probate Court. We provide Medicaid planning to help clients with smaller estates preserve their estate if a long stay in a nursing home is likely. In planning for Medicaid, our firm helps to assure that the non-confined spouse can live with sufficient assets to sustain themselves.
