Robert J. Kull is a Vice-President and Shareholder at Wood,
Kull, Herschfus, Obee & Kull, P.C. He graduated from Michigan State
University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Kull received
his Juris Doctorate with high honors from the Detroit College of Law
(DCL) at Michigan State University in 1996, graduating second in his
class. After graduating from DCL, Mr. Kull became an Associate at
Wood-Kull, where he has had the opportunity to practice with his
father, David L. Kull, and his grandfather, David E. Kull (1908-1998).
Mr. Kull maintains a general practice with particular emphasis
in real estate transactions and litigation, probate and estate
planning, business litigation and collections. His practice is
specially tailored to meet the needs of real estate professionals and
their clients in both transactions and civil litigation. Mr. Kull is a
Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan. Mr. Kull
represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential
short-sales, land acquisitions and condominium developments. Mr Kull has also negoitiated
hospitality sales and multi-unit residential transactions ranging from
$100,000 to $22 million. Mr. Kull is certified in Estate Planning by
the Michigan Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He has appeared in both trial
courts of the State of Michigan as well as the Michigan Court of
Appeals, Michigan Tax Tribunal, United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
