William R. Graham, Jr. is an associate with Wood, Kull, Herschfus, Obee, & Kull, P.C. Mr. Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College (a top-25 national liberal arts college) in 1993. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Michigan State University- Detroit College of Law (DCL) in 2000. At DCL, Mr. Graham was a Law Review Editor and published in the field of civil rights and on-line speech, 2000 L. Rev. MSU-DCL 457. He received awards, and/or excelled, in several academic fields, including Torts, Written Advocacy, Fair Housing and Civil Rights.
Mr. Graham's practice is primarily focused upon Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Graham works closely with partner John Obee to counsel and defend real estate professionals and their clients in a wide range of real estate disputes. Mr. Graham's practice also includes Fair Housing, Personal Injury Defense and e-commerce litigation. Mr. Graham is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Real Estate Section) and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
