Multiple Practice Areas Our firm represents individuals, families, fiduciaries, businesses, and real estate professionals in a broad range of legal matters. Because these matters often overlap, our attorneys can address related estate planning, probate, trust, real estate, business, and litigation issues through one coordinated legal team.
Years of Experience David J. Wood and his brother William A. Wood, Jr. founded the firm in Detroit in 1957. The firm later moved to Farmington Hills and, in 1996, merged with Kull and Kull. The Kull family’s legal tradition began in 1933 with David Kull and continued through David L. Kull and Robert J. Kull. Matilda M. Kull now carries that tradition forward as the fourth generation of the Kull family to practice law. Today, Wood, Kull, Herschfus, Obee & Kull, P.C. serves individuals, families, fiduciaries, businesses, and real estate professionals throughout Michigan.
