Matilda M. Kull

Matilda M. Kull is an associate attorney at Wood, Kull, Herschfus, Obee & Kull, P.C. She received her undergraduate degree from the James Madison and Honors Colleges at Michigan State University, and her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.  Ms. Kull's practice focuses on all aspects of equine law, including business planning, transactions, dispute resolution and litigation, as well as estate planning, trust administration and probate, copyright enforcement and litigation.

Ms. Kull provided invaluable service to members of the public through the Wayne County Neighborhood Legal Services in the Elder Law & Advocacy Center.  She is the co-founder of the Social Policy and Affairs Association at James Madison College.  She is a member of the Probate & Estate Planning Section of the Michigan Bar.  She has appeared in both district and circuit courts of the State of Michigan. Ms. Kull is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and the Federal Eastern District of Michigan.
