The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) (Pub.L. 93-406, 88 Stat. 829, enacted September 2, 1974) establishes minimum standards for pension plans and provides extensive rules relating to employee benefit plans. Our firm assists clients with cases involving denial of employee benefits, including retirement plan benefits and disability matters. We represent both employers and employees in ERISA matters.
