Our firm handles cases throughout the State of Michigan and most frequently in the Metropolitan Detroit courts, including the local district courts, the Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Genesee, Monroe and Washtenaw County Circuit Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and various arbitration and mediation forums. Our firm also represents clients in appeals from all of these Courts to the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
